With over 20 years of experience in the mattress industry, Matt Wolf has held leadership roles with some of the biggest names in sleep, including Mattress Firm, Leggett & Platt, Ergomotion, Southerland Bedding, and Rooms to Go. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for integrity, deep product knowledge, and a commitment to customer service that truly benefits the end consumer.
More than just an industry expert, Matt has also designed and built mattresses, giving him a unique understanding of what makes a mattress provide lasting comfort and proper support for years to come. His approach goes beyond sales—he is passionate about helping people find real value and quality sleep solutions.
Outside of Mattress Lux, Matt has been happily married for 12 years and is a proud father of four children. He treasures time spent with his family and is actively involved in ministry alongside his local church.
